About PRO Therapy

We’re a private outpatient physical therapy practice operating in the Twin Cities. We have two clinic locations in NE Minneapolis and Coon Rapids. Founded in 2016, we’ve expanded from a cramped, single treatment room to multiple clinics and have grown our team as well!

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the patient experience at PRO Therapy. You will converse with prospective patients to see if they are the right fit for our practice, and convert those inquiries into patients at PRO Therapy, all while ensuring our patients are looked after and feel welcomed!

Ultimately, your job is to help us grow our clinic by scheduling new patients and excelling at retaining existing patients as lifelong customers of PRO Therapy. You’ll do that by creating the type of customer service experience that patients will be happy to receive and just as happy to tell others about!

The Tasks

  • Hold a lengthy (at least 15 minute) value-based conversation with prospective patients on the phone, ensuring they are committed to our services.
  • Communicate the value of our services while successfully handling any questions.
  • Foster deep relationships with patients in a time of need with common feelings of pain, fear, confusion, etc.
  • Communicate with patients before, during and after appointments to ensure satisfaction is being achieved.
  • Organize and plan all schedules -- maximizing efficiency and revenue for the clinic.
  • Independently manage medical records requests, insurance authorizations, EMR system, communications with co-treating physicians/clinics, end of day collections reporting and contractual third-party relationships. 
  • Independently manage automated patient communication system as well as patient leads via online portal.

Skills Needed

  • Be able to hold meaningful conversations and answer all questions from prospective patients.
  • Recall names and faces of patients making all our patients feel welcomed and remembered.
  • Plans and organizes provider schedules in an efficient, productive manner.
  • Follows through on commitments: lives up to verbal and written agreements regardless of personal cost.
  • Demonstrates an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
  • Attention to detail: does not let important details slip through the cracks.
  • Persistence: demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done
  • Proactivity: acts without being told what to do, bringing new ideas to the company.

Compensation: TBD based on experience

Hours: Full-Time / PRN
